THE GRADUATES OF THE FIRST PHASE SHALL APPLY THE COMPETENCIES LEARNED IN THEIR RESPECTIVE AREAS AS INDIVIDUALS OR AS A GROUP. ACES AS PER PROCEDURES SHALL FOLLOW UP THE GRADUATES OF THE FIRST PHASE AND ISSUE THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION UPON SUBMISSION OF THE OUTCOME ON ALL OR ANY OF THE COMPETENCIES AS LISTED, NAMELY. 1.
